Started playin banjo in about 87, Scruggs style... kinda gave it away after a couple of years with no input. went through a range of other instruments over the next 20 yrs, and never got really good at any of them. Finaly sold my electronica(roland303 etc) in 04 and bought another banjo which sat largely unplayed till midwinter 08 when i discovered what a great style to play clawhammer is. Now i have 3 banjos and not enought hands!
