BANJOBROTHERS AUSTRALIA

       Banjo Brothers Australia

Welcome to Banjo brothers Australia. We build Banjos & block design rims, sell parts and upgrade almost any banjo on the market. Where else can you send your old banjo and get a custom rebuild. Well the answer    is, to us!!   Consider all of your options & talk with us.

We are based in Melbourne and service Australia wide and international customers. We look forward to serving you anyway we can. If we cannot help, maybe we know someone who can. Browse though our website, if you like, join as a member to start your own blogs and forums. Comment and respond to other blogs and forums. You are all welcome here and thank you for looking at our site.

We will do our best to help you create what you want in a banjo.Whether its bluegrass or old     timey, It will be custom built and set up  to suit your needs.

If you have a cheap banjo and want a better sound and look, consider upgrading to one of our rims or parts we have avalible. Contact us and have a chat. We are the only people offering this service that we know of in Australia. If you like your neck, that is all you need to build something custom that will look and sound great. We are aware that a quality shop bought banjo can be very expensive and out of your price range, so why not look at all your options.

Below are some of  the rims & parts that we have to offer. If we havent got it ,we can get it! Due to changing prices and fluctuating USA exchange rate and postage costs we do not show pricings, so please email us for prices. We can tell you that our prices are almost identical to large USA banjo websites.

Does your local music shop understand the Banjo..We do!

As Banjo lovers, we are only here to help and support others like us. When we started the banjo there was no help. Every shop we went to was all about guitars and drums. Nobody understood our banjo playing needs. Things like head tension, bridge placement, string gauge, string action, neck relief, geared tuners, tailpiece height and down force pressure etc. We were lucky enough to have been mentored by some other builders and expert players to pass on their knowledge. After many years playing and building banjos we understand a lot more about the instrument and the correct method of adjustments to get the sound we are wanting. So please talk to us if you have any questions and we will help you with them.
